I no longer have frequent flyer status. When will I get my new service card?

To meet today’s requirements for digital and environmentally friendly solutions, Miles & More is no longer issuing Miles & More service cards for members without frequent flyer status. You can find your digital service card in the Miles & More app. This allows you to keep using all the services related to earning and redeeming miles.

If you haven’t yet installed the Miles & More app on your smartphone, you can download it here:

By the way, you’ll receive a credit of 500 award miles the first time you log in to the app.
