How do I change my name in my profile?
If you’d like to change your name in your Miles & More account, please send us an official document containing both your old and new name (e.g. a marriage certificate). The document must be issued by a public authority and serve as proof of your change of name.
Please submit this proof via our contact form. Once we receive this document, we’ll update your profile for you.
Note: changing your name online or by phone is unfortunately not possible for data protection reasons.
