• With the UniCreditCard Business Miles & More miles are exempt from expiring provided the Cardholder makes a miles related purchase at least once a month (that is not returned or refunded) and has held the UniCreditCard Business Miles & More for at least three months. If one of the conditions is not met, the mileage expiration is reactivated and the miles will expire again according to the Miles & More terms & conditions. Not relevant for Frequent Travellers, Senators and HON Circle Members as due to their status miles will not expire as long as they hold the status. • Once per calendar year, the Cardholder can exchange up to 25,000 miles, which the Cardholder has received for credit card transactions in the current and previous calendar year, in increments of 5,000 miles. Miles earned as a Welcome Bonus or via multiplied mileage offers are excluded from the mileage exchange. The exchange ratio of miles to Points and Qualifying Points is as follows:

5,000 miles = 20 Points + 20 Qualifying Points


10,000 miles = 40 Points + 40 Qualifying Points

15,000 miles = 60 Points + 60 Qualifying Points
20,000 miles = 80 Points + 80 Qualifying Points

25,000 miles = 100 Points + 100 Qualifying Points
