Frequent flyers acknowledge the programme’s service, credit cards and promotions

Frankfurt am Main, 24 September 2018 – Miles & More was a winner at the FT Awards 2018 on 21 September in London in a total of three categories: the frequent flyer and awards programme prevailed against all the nominees in the Europe & Africa region in the “Best Loyalty Customer Service”, “Best Affinity Credit Card” (Miles & More Credit Card Gold) and “Best Overall Promotion” categories.

“The Frequent Traveler Award is the voice of the frequent flyer. We are therefore all the more delighted to be voted the winner by our own members not only in one category, but in three”, said Harald Deprosse, the Managing Director of Miles & More GmbH. “This feedback motivates us to continually develop our programme with innovative functions and features and to expand according to our members’ requirements.”

Finally, Miles & More introduced a new premium brand for exclusive travel offers in August: Under the name “Miles & More Collection”, members will be offered carefully selected holiday packages on the Lufthansa Holidays platform. In addition, the Mileage Pooling function went live in May. Up to two adults and up to five children can put their miles together to reach their desired award faster. In 2018, Miles & More celebrated its 25th anniversary.
