Bonn / Frankfurt, 13 February 2018 – From today, Zurich Group Germany will be counting on their collaboration with the frequent flyer and awards programme Miles & More. Furthermore, the Zurich Group Germany will be expanding the existing partnership of the Swiss insurance group on the German market together with Miles & More GmbH. Through access to a strongly online-oriented and discerning target group, Zurich is seeking to utilise the successful award miles system to increase its own customer retention and loyalty.
Award miles for new Zurich customers
With its partnership with Miles & More, Zurich is seeking to gain new insurance customers. Miles & More members can now earn award miles when they purchase insurance products from Zurich via the partner’s platform. Accordingly, in Germany, members will earn 4,500 award miles for selected insurance products in the buildings, personal liability, household contents, accident and legal protection insurance sectors. The award miles will be credited to the personal Miles & More accounts of programme members and can be redeemed with numerous Miles & More partners worldwide in the form of discounts and benefits. A total of over 270 companies from sectors such as retail and lifestyle, hotels, car rentals, telecommunication and electronics, as well as banks and insurance belong to the Miles & More partnership circle. Around 40 airline partners, including 28 members of the Star Alliance, are also included.
