Where can I find information about my status?
You can find information about your status in the Miles & More app, in your account at miles-and-more.com or in the newsletter.
In the app:
you can access your status via the “Status” menu item in the app’s main navigation to view details such as the requalification period and your current Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points balance.
Via the miles-and-more.com website:
use your login details to log in and click on the “Status management” tab in your Miles & More account to view details such as the requalification period and your current Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points balance.
In the newsletter:
once a month, you’ll receive a detailed overview of your status and your current Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points balance.
