Can I redeem eVouchers on any flight?

The redemption of eVouchers depends on whether seats are available in the desired higher travel class and on the booking class of your original ticket. eVouchers cannot be used on Award Flights. If an upgrade is not available at the desired time, you can contact the Miles & More Service Team to be placed on a waiting list. If seats become available at a later date, the upgrade may still be possible.
