When will I receive my new status card once I have achieved or extended a status, or have obtained a Status Star?

If you have exceeded the threshold for achieving Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle Member status, your status card will be produced and dispatched automatically. This takes approximately two weeks within Germany; for deliveries to other countries, please expect additional postal delivery times.

If you already have a status and have extended it, you will receive your new card with the extended validity shortly before your current card expires. Please note that, in the case of an extension, a new card is not issued immediately after you have exceeded the mileage threshold.

As a status customer of some years’ standing you might also benefit from our Status Stars. These are printed on your status card, and, as a result, a new card and a new bag tag will be ordered for you automatically as soon as you have achieved a Status Star. However, the stars are not shown on the regular service card; they are stored in the background and printed as soon as you have achieved a status once more.

Tip: No matter whether you have achieved or extended a status, or whether your long-term status membership has given you a Status Star, your status card is available to you at any time in the Miles & More app.
