The Austrian Miles & More World Mastercard® Gold, the Austrian Miles & More World Mastercard® Platinum are issued by Card Complete.
Miles have unlimited validity, provided that you have been a Miles & More credit card holder for at least three months and make at least one qualifying purchase per month.
The annual fee will be charged annually 12 months in advance.
Austrian Airlines flight voucher:
• Reduction in airfare
• Voucher is valid for up to 12 months after the voucher code is sent
• Voucher can be redeemed at www.austrian.com for scheduled flights operated by Austrian Airlines, with the exception of Austrian Holidays holiday/charter flights
• Point of sale in Austria, i.e. the journey must commence in Austria
• It is not possible to book open-jaw flights
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

As an Austrian Miles & More World and World Business Mastercard credit cardholder, you receive a 20% discount when using FastTrack. The discount is applied directly upon payment for FastTrack access on-site at Vienna Airport.
Please note that the process for accessing FastTrack has been changed by Vienna Airport. Starting in early 2025, an NFC transaction with your card complete credit card will be required at the FastTrack entry gate to use the service. Beginning in April 2025, the service will no longer be free of charge. Exact prices can be found on Vienna Airport's website.

Register once using the promotional code of your card, your email address and your 15-digit Miles & More service card number.
If you are already a member of Avis Preferred, please contact Avis customer service by telephone at +43 (0) - 800 - 07 02 29 or by email at preferred@avis.at. Your Miles & More credit card will then be registered for you.

VideoID
You can now order your Miles & More Credit Card entirely digitally. To do this, you must identify yourself using VideoID and sign your card application form using a digital signature. For this, you will need a webcam, a microphone, valid photo ID (passport or ID card), a salary statement (as a PDF or image file) and your mobile phone.

Select a service package
The services apply to the main card, not to the supplementary cards. The Welcome Bonus and the flight voucher for Gold and Platinum are valid for card orders from 3 July 2017. Both cards are also available with the PLUS package, which mainly provides you with extended insurance coverage.
