It works like this
As a corporate client, firstly please complete the card application form and then the framework agreement for payments using a company or personal bank account. As a sole proprietor, please only complete the relevant card application form. The documents must be signed by the account holder and the card applicant.
Read the terms and conditions carefully and kindly ensure that you follow the instructions and complete all the required documents.
Send the signed framework agreement and the completed, signed card application form together with all documents, either by post in a sealed envelope to: card complete Service Bank AG, Lassallestrasse 3, 1020 Vienna, Tel. 01 711 11-380, or by email to: auftragspruefung@cardcomplete.com
Terms and conditions
- The cardholder must be at least 18 years of age.
- The following documents are required for a GmbH: an extract from a public register identifying the legal entity (not older than 6 weeks), documents to determine and verify the beneficial owner (not older than 3 months), a company organisation chart, current documents relating to each company of the associated shareholder chain, including the natural persons, and a copy of a valid passport of all natural persons involved (company bodies or representatives with authorisation to transact on behalf of the company, as well as the beneficial owners).
- Required documents for sole proprietors: evidence of self-employment, a business permit, a doctor’s identification card (for doctors), an income tax assessment and a legible copy of a valid official identification card with a photograph.

Pay with your Austrian Miles & More World Business Mastercard® and your award miles will be credited to your mileage account automatically. No award miles will be credited for cash withdrawals, the annual fee and credits.
Austrian Miles & More World Business Mastercard® Platinum: Up to 4 free entries per year. From the 5th lounge visit per year, access is available for a significantly reduced fee of 29 EUR.
Austrian Miles & More World Business Mastercard® Gold: Access is available for a significantly reduced fee of 29 EUR.

The 24-hour phone hotline provides you with important travel-related information, e.g. regarding travel medication, official authorities, embassies, and in the event of legal problems while abroad.
As an Austrian Miles & More World and World Business Mastercard credit cardholder, you receive a 20% discount when using FastTrack. The discount is applied directly upon payment for FastTrack access on-site at Vienna Airport.
Please note that the process for accessing FastTrack has been changed by Vienna Airport. Starting in early 2025, an NFC transaction with your card complete credit card will be required at the FastTrack entry gate to use the service. Beginning in April 2025, the service will no longer be free of charge. Exact prices can be found on Vienna Airport's website.

If you are already a member of Avis Preferred, please telephone Avis customer services on +43 - 800 - 07 02 29 or email preferred@avis.at. Your Miles & More Credit Card will then be registered for you.
