With an upgrade award, you can fly one service class higher for miles. Book your upgrade online or contact your local Miles & More Service Team to make a reservation. Your upgrade is booked directly. The miles used are debited from your account.

  • LOT Polish Airlines

  • SAS Scandinavian Airlines
  • Shanghai Airlines
  • Singapore Airlines***
  • TAP Portugal
  • Thai Airways International
  • Turkish Airlines
  • United

*Unfortunately, you can't book your upgrade online with these airlines.
**Not a Star Alliance partner. Can only be booked by calling the Miles & More Service Team.
***No upgrades to Suite Class are possible on Airbus A380 flights.

Terms and Conditions

For certain booking classes in Economy Class it is not possible to upgrade to Business Class. On this point, please reads the notes in the Upgrade Award Chart and also the following Terms and Conditions.
