Terms and conditions:

Members have to get registered at and order tickets on www.worldshop.eu.
Purchase of tickets through www.worldshop.eu has to be done 14 working days before the desired date of performace.
After having processed the order on worldshop.eu you will be contacted (by phone or e-mail ) by an Arena di Verona sales agent to communicate the desired date of performance (must be 5 working days after the order). You will receive a voucher by email to pick up tickets at Arena di Verona site (gate no. 16) on the day of the performance.
Tickets can only be refunded in case of cancellation of the performance before its beginning, due to bad weather.
In case of refund, you are kindly requested to send original tickets together with a copy of your Miles & More card within 14 working days to the following address: Vertours srl - Galleria Pellicciai 13 - 37121 Verona - Italy. Afterwards you will receive a voucher of the same amount of seats cost to be spend within 3 years for any Arena di Verona performances.
Please note that performances will be held on evenings only.
