Mileage request

Miles are normally automatically credited to your mileage account when you quote your Miles & More card number.

  • The automatic mileage credit may take up to 30 working days. Please do not submit your applications for retroactive credits until this deadline has passed. You can have missing miles for scheduled flights with Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, TAP Portugal and United retroactively credited from as early as ten days after the flight using the online form.
  • No credit will be given for unused, refunded or expired tickets or coupons. It is possible to apply for retrospective credit of miles that have not been automatically credited for up to 12 months.
  • Please retain your documentation (e.g. boarding pass, ticket, car rental or partner invoice) until the miles have been credited to your account.
  • Please check mileage account one last time before requesting a retrospective credit.
